Wanted to explore Hanoi and this hotel was lovely place for doing it. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware where very handy. Liked customer service too.

Perfect position and comfortable room. The FANTASTIC service and the attention to detail were stand outs! The hotel was located a short walk to hoan kiem lake and other tourist attractions. It's worth staying here and exploring Thanh Xuan district.
